Recruitment via Mobile in 2012 – Educate and Everything Everywhere have produced the UK’s 2 biggest ever surveys of mobile recruitment activity and attitudes.
In order to find out more about the amount of recruitment activity that people are engaging in on their mobile phones Educate initiated 2 very significant surveys of Orange and T-Mobile users using their mobile messaging platform, ‘Shots’*. The first survey took place in April 2012 and focused on people of all ages in the UK and recruitment of all types. The results are on the pdf below entitled Mobile Survey. The document details the results of what is the biggest survey of mobile recruitment activity ever seen in the UK.
The second survey focused specifically on the graduate recruitment market and looked into not only activity on mobile but also what sorts of functionality that graduates want to see organisations incorporate into their mobile careers offering.
