Initially we are looking for people to join us who have experience in sales and account management (but we will be expanding our delivery and client service teams soon too).
We currently work with over 200 higher universities and colleges across the UK and overseas, delivering hundreds of thousands of leads a year through a wide range of recruitment channels, including Facebook, BBC and the ACCA as well as our own mobile and programmatic products. We consult with our clients, then plan, design and deliver highly technical online and mobile campaigns that are tailored to their unique student profiles – and give them the results they need.
What you can expect
Your day will be a mix of managing your accounts & exploring new business with an overall focus on increasing spend. We are also a business that welcomes idea makers. Whether it be a new product or a new approach, we have a healthy track record in supporting our staff in helping to develop Educates future. Team is important to us so expect to feel welcome and to join in. You can also expect to be selling a wide range of digital channels/brands including our amazing mobile product and programmatic offering. It’s contemporary stuff. Our client base is pretty lovely too. We have great relationships with Universities, Colleges, Student Services, Financial Services, Financial Recruiters and their ad agencies. So if you know any of these lovely folk, it’s a plus.
We also have a decent basic salary, a monthly bonus scheme (50% OTE) and all the usual trimmings – pension, healthcare, ride-to-work scheme. Holiday leave is 26 days per annum (rising to 29 days after two years). We are based in an airy modern office space in Southwark, a short walk from Blackfriars, London Bridge & Southwark stations.
