AIESEC is a global leadership development organisation (based in 107 countries) run entirely by students and recent graduates.

Set up in 1948 AIESEC was conceived to try and help societies understand each other by providing students with the chance to live and work abroad - by doing so they would go through a powerful development experience which will provide them with high level skills and a global understanding that would serve them for the rest of their lives. Today AIESEC has 23,000 members in 1,000 universities in 100 countries and territories across the globe.
